What is the selection procedure?

To be eligible for an interim assignment via De Staffing Group, you must always respond online first. The first part of the procedure is online: after completing the procedure, your response to a specific assignment will be dealt with by the relevant recruiter.

If your profile matches the assignment, we invite you to an interview. If this is not the case and we cannot help you further at that time, you will receive a rejection.

Each application process includes a number of steps:

• A resume check
• A (phone) conversation with a DSG recruiter

In addition, there may also be other selection rounds for certain assignments. Think of:

• A technical assessment
• A competence test
• A BKR screening
• A Statement About Behavior (VOG)
