Am I building up a pension?

There is a pension scheme that provides for the accrual of pension for employees 21 years and older. Participation in this is mandatory.
First, after a waiting period of 26 weeks, you build up a pension in the basic scheme. After you have accrued 52 weeks of pension in the basic scheme, you will automatically go to the plus scheme.
